Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you buy from us. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

✅ Returns

We accept returns within 5 days of delivery only if:

  • The original packaging is intact
  • There is a defect in the product delivered
  • A complete unpacking video is available showing the issue

Without this video, we will be unable to process any return or exchange request related to product defects or damage.

Your item must also be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, email us at support@proshopper.in with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • The unpacking video clearly showing the defect

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and detailed return instructions. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

❗ Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of receiving it. Be sure to include the unboxing video to help us resolve the issue quickly.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty, hygiene items)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Items purchased on sale or during promotional offers

If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, email us before placing a return request.

🔄 Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item (if eligible) and place a new order after your return is approved.

🇪🇺 EU Customers

For orders shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery — for any reason and without justification. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
